STEPS TO ENROL FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

Step 1.

Please ensure you read and fully understand the following:

Step 2.

All students must have appropriate English Language and Academic levels to study our courses. In order to assess these levels you will be required to complete and submit the following Language, Literacy and Numeracy Test before we can accept you as a student.

Step 3.

Next fill out the International Student Application Form and submit it back to Ace Sports Academy with a clear scan or photo of your passport to and LLN test to [email protected] 

Step 4.

Once we have received your application including all relevant documents listed above, we will then issue you a ​"Letter Of Offer / Acceptance Of Offer" stating your payment structure and study timetable (depending on what course/s have been applied for).

​If you agree to the price stated in the "Letter Of Offer / Acceptance Of Offer" please email a signed copy of this document back to ACE Sports Academy at [email protected] along with the correct money as is stated in this document.

Step 5.

Once payment has been received ACE Sports Academy will create and issue you a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) via email.

Please note if we have to re-issue you with a new CoE $100 Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) processing fee.  per CoE (non refundable) and

Step 6.

Take the following documents with you to the nearest Australian Government Office or Embassy in your country. ​​

Step 7.

Once The Australian Government Office or Embassy approves your Student Visa Application you will then be ready to study with us. (It is recommended that students try to come at least 1-2 weeks before study commences)
